Jennifer attends all four of our offices and offers a huge wealth of experience in the areas of litigation, including property, commercial, contentious probate and Employment law.

James is an experienced dispute resolution specialist, having handled matters in various areas, including residential and commercial tenancies, contract and negligence disputes, and land disputes.

Georgia Smalley is a Trainee Solicitor based at the Matlock office, currently working in the Family and Litigation Department. She assists clients experiencing marital breakdowns and private children matters, as well as those involved in disputes. Georgia joined Lovedays in September 2022 after completing four years at university, where she obtained her Law degree and completed the LPC. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the cinema, reading, and walking with her family and their three spaniels.
