Emily is a Conveyancer in our Residential Conveyancing Team. She has been a CILEX Member for over 10 years, currently Advanced Paralegal. She completed her Law Degree at Sheffield Hallam University in 2004 and then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.

Jo joined Lovedays in October 2021 and has over 15 years’ experience of handling a wide variety of Residential Conveyancing transactions.
Jo graduated from The University of Derby with an LLB (Hons) Degree in 2000 and subsequently completed The Specialist Paralegal Post Graduate Qualification in Property at The University of Strathclyde.

Alison Kirkham
Alison joined Brooke-Taylors in 1997, qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2006 and then worked at a local firm until she rejoined the team in March 2022. Alison is Head of Residential Property team and has an excellent working relationship with local estate agents as well as a following of longstanding local clients.
Alison has expertise in residential and commercial transactions, unregistered land, agricultural land transactions, complex lease transactions and acting for management companies.

Claire Broadhurst
Claire specialised in family law for 15 years both with regard to married and cohabiting couples, but now specialises in property law, in particular residential sales, purchases and new builds. She also advises on remortgages, transfers of equity and auction transactions dealing with both registered and unregistered land transactions.
Claire completed Combined Studies BA (Hons) and then studied law at the College of Law in Chester.
Outside of work Claire enjoys horse riding, socialising with her friends and cooking.

Pam Morton
Pamela is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer regulated by the CLC. Pamela began her legal career in 2015 joining Brooke Taylors Property Department in 2017. Pamela possesses a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of property law to include sale and purchase of leasehold, freehold and unregistered properties, remortgages, and transfer of equity. Pamela has an excellent relationship with clients and estate agents and prides herself on her communication skills, hard work and understanding to help a conveyancing transaction run smoothly.

Holly is a trainee solicitor, joining the firm in 2025. After graduating from The University of Law, Holly worked at a firm in North Yorkshire before relocating to Manchester and has over 5 years' experience in Conveyancing.
