Katie Copsey is a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator specialising in family law matters including children’s contact arrangements, separation and divorce, financial settlements, injunctions and cohabitation.

Katie qualified in 2019 and is also a member of Resolution for family law, promoting a constructive approach to family issues that considers the needs of the whole family.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with loved ones and going on long walks with her dog.

Victoria Walsh is a family and litigation solicitor specialising in divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation separations, and prenuptial agreements, as well as advising on employment contracts and litigation matters. Clients value her care, compassion, and efficiency in making difficult processes straightforward. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys family days out with her husband and five children, is active in her local church, and was drawn to her field by a desire to use her negotiation skills to help people through challenging times.

Georgia Smalley is a Trainee Solicitor based at the Matlock office, currently working in the Family and Litigation Department. She assists clients experiencing marital breakdowns and private children matters, as well as those involved in disputes. Georgia joined Lovedays in September 2022 after completing four years at university, where she obtained her Law degree and completed the LPC. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the cinema, reading, and walking with her family and their three spaniels.
