  1.  Receptionist

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Receptionist to help support our team in one of our two Matlock Offices.

    2. Residential Solicitor / Fee Earner

Location: Matlock, Derbyshire

Salary c£30,000

The Role:

The Residential Solicitor will advise on freehold and leasehold transactions

Conduct of lease extensions

Ability to act on the sale or purchase

Joint ownership agreements & shared ownership agreements

The Residential Solicitor will have the ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure within a busy office

The Residential Solicitor will have a good breadth of knowledge in this area

Requirements:

 

2 years+ PQE in Residential Property

Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters

Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals

Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships

Strong time management and attention to detail

Excellent administration and organisational skills

Professional but friendly and approachable

 

The successful Residential Solicitor will have experience in handling a varied caseload of sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new builds and re-mortgages. This role is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to continue to develop their career in Property Law.
