Richard Roberts
Richard Roberts is the Managing Director of Lovedays Solicitors and a qualified solicitor. He has been with the firm since 1997, having first met the team during work experience at local Highfields School. With over 25 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property, Richard now manages the firm full-time, supported by a growing management team. Despite significant growth, he remains committed to maintaining the family-legal practice ethos and fostering one-to-one relationships with clients. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and following Formula 1.
Helena Griffiths
Helena began her career with Potter & Co Solicitors in 2012 as an apprentice Receptionist, progressing to Conveyancing Assistant in 2015. After the firm was acquired by Lovedays Solicitors, she continued in that role until April 2024, when she became Practice Manager as Lovedays expanded through the acquisition of Brooke-Taylors Solicitors. Helena’s varied role involves travelling across all four offices to ensure the firm runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, with no two days ever the same. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time exploring the Dales and Peak District with her husband, son, and cocker spaniel, Reggie - well known across the offices as their unofficial office dog.
Jo Beverley
Jo Beverley studied CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management. In 2024, she joined Brooke-Taylors during its acquisition by Lovedays Solicitors, beginning as a receptionist before progressing to the role of Legal Assistant. She has recently joined the management team as HR and Compliance Coordinator. Known for her approachable nature and positive attitude, Jo is committed to supporting colleagues and helping create an organised, people-focused working environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
